		Langley Hill Quarry Location: Woodside, California LSA will represent the owner/operator during the public review process of the Amended Mining and Reclamation Plan that LSA prepared and submitted to the County. This small, remote operation provides an important source of aggregate to the residents and businesses in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The hillside mine is constrained by space, and the method of excavation is limited by the geological conditions at the site. LSA worked closely with the operator and biologist to design a final grading plan that fulfills the owner’s objectives and addresses the environmental issues at hand. Other documents that LSA prepared for Langley Hill Quarry include: Hazardous Materials Business Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Storm Water Monitoring Program, and Reclamation Cost Estimate. LSA also oversees the preparation of all compliance documents for the quarry such as water quality, air quality, County inspections, and OMR’s annual mining operator reports. back © LSA Associates, Inc.
