LSA began working with the Irvine Company when LSA was founded in 1985. We have provided cultural and paleontological services for almost all development on the Irvine Ranch lands. Since 2007, LSA has been the sole consultant to the Irvine Company for all of their projects and effectively took over compliance for other firms. LSA is currently working on projects along Laguna Canyon Road, Lake Forest Drive, and Portola Parkway. LSA is also working on infrastructure improvements on Irvine Company lands, including development of the Lake Forest extension.
