LSA was under contract to Engineering and Capital Projects to provide as-needed environmental consulting services. Services provided through the As-Needed Services Agreement include biology/natural resources, environmental planning, regulatory permitting assistance, preparation of habitat mitigation and monitoring plans, preparation of environmental documentation in compliance with CEQA and NEPA, cultural resources (archaeology, architectural historical, and paleontology), GPS/GIS mapping and analysis, transportation services, and air/noise services.
