The City of Fresno proposes to construct a new interchange located between Shaw Avenue and Herndon Avenue on State Route 99. The proposed project will be environmentally evaluated and cleared under both CEQA and NEPA in a joint EIR/EA document. LSA prepared technical studies, including noise, air quality, biology, visual, and cultural resources, in accordance with Caltrans Standard Environmental Reference guidelines and is currently preparing the Draft EIR/EA.
