At LSA, our greatest asset is our employee ownership. We take great pride in our work, and we provide an environment in which each person can grow professionally. We are always looking for talented, dedicated professionals to join our team. LSA is proud to offer one of the best employee benefit packages in the industry. In addition to competitive pay as well as vacation, sick, and holiday pay, LSA offers the following:

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

  • LSA's ESOP is a program that makes all eligible employees owners of LSA.
  • A company-paid cash contribution equivalent to 10% of compensation (salary plus any bonuses) is made to each eligible employee's tax-deferred ESOP account each year.

Profit Sharing and Savings Plan

  • LSA's Profit Sharing Plan shares company profits among all eligible employees, contributing each employee's share into a tax-deferred investment account.
  • While contributions are discretionary, LSA's goal is to contribute 7% of total compensation in cash (salary plus any bonuses) each year. LSA has made this level of contribution every year for the last 20 years.

401(k) Plan

  • Every employee is eligible for participation in the 401(k) plan. LSA matches dollar for dollar up to 4% of an employee's annual salary.

Total deferred income contribution paid in cash by LSA is 21%. All administration costs associated with LSA deferred plans are paid directly by LSA, resulting in a greater return to participants.

Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan

LSA offers a 100% employer-sponsored group medical, dental, and vision plan. Dependents may be insured at the partial expense of the employee. Employees may choose to have their dependent health premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis through LSA's Premium Only Plan. In addition to the medical plan, every eligible employee is entitled to long-term disability insurance, long-term care, group life insurance, and AD&D.

LSA is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
