About LSA: Working at LSA

Celebrating 37 years of providing services to our clients, LSA, an award-winning firm, includes over 200 bright, creative, and dedicated environmental and engineering professionals and supporting staff in California and Colorado.

LSA’s culture encourages camaraderie, professional growth, and community involvement. Some employees participate in sports such as co-ed baseball, annual golf tournaments, and triathlons; employees share camping trips and holiday parties; and employee anniversaries and employees of the month are celebrated. LSA also participates in programs that support the environment and give back to our communities, such as the annual bike to work program and the semiannual volunteer habitat restoration day at Point Reyes National Seashore. For its community schools, LSA takes part in the San Francisco Bay UrbanPlan, an Urban Land Institute initiative to provide high school and college students with a realistic planning exercise. Fossils in Your Backyard is an LSA program offered by its archaeologists/paleontologists that has been presented to over 38,000 students.

In addition, LSA donates to Friends of Ballona Wetlands, Institute for Ecological Health, North Peninsula Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, and United Way.

LSA offers publishing bonuses and an educational reimbursement program in addition to supporting professional society membership and participation in conferences. LSA provides professional development in-house seminars, promotion from within, and recruitment incentive bonuses.
