Art Homrighausen has been with LSA since 1988. As manager of the natural resources unit in LSA's Irvine office, he directs a variety of biological studies and oversees report preparation for impact assessments, vegetation and wildlife surveys, riparian and coastal wetlands analyses, endangered species analyses, and mitigation planning. He works extensively with planning and regulatory agencies to secure various approvals and permits, including subdivision approvals, Conditional Use Permits, 1602 and 404 authorizations, endangered species authorizations, and Coastal Development Permits. He has participated in open space and habitat restoration planning for more than 100 public works, residential, commercial, recreation, and habitat conservation projects throughout Southern California.
