Tung-Chen (Tony) Chung, Ph.D., has been with LSA since 1997. Dr. Chung has completed more than 650 studies for community and transportation noise analyses, including field measurement, modeling, and data analysis; and over 450 air quality studies for transportation facilities, landfills, office buildings, and ocean bay enhancement/sediment management projects. He has also designed and analyzed architectural room acoustics for theaters, studios, workshops, and convention centers; and he has assessed acoustics for hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings, performing arts centers, and schools throughout the United States. Dr. Chung's Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering is from the University of California, Los Angeles.
