Jim Baum, Chief Financial Officer, has been with LSA since 1993. Mr. Baum is responsible for the finance accounting, administration, and human resources functions of LSA. Mr. Baum oversees project management and cash management controls, maintenance and monitoring of accounting systems, and preparation of reports to keep management and employee-owners informed of the performance of the firm in relation to predetermined goals and objectives.
