Sean O’Brien, a biologist with more than 18 years of natural resources experience, has been with LSA since 1993. He specializes in wetlands and endangered species permitting, mitigation planning, and biological impact assessments for public and private clients. Mr. O’Brien has extensive experience managing the preparation of regulatory permit applications and associated documentation to secure approvals from state and federal agencies for projects ranging from small in-fill developments to large-scale infrastructure and capital improvement programs. For the past 10 years, Mr. O’Brien has managed LSA’s environmental services contract with the San Francisco International Airport, involving numerous capital projects affecting sensitive natural resources.
