Roger Harris

Roger Harris is a Certified Wildlife Biologist with 30 years of professional experience, the last 25 of which have been at LSA. Mr. Harris has managed many of LSA’s capital improvements projects conducted for public agencies and utility companies. His experience with utility corridor projects is particularly extensive, working with multi-disciplinary teams on project siting, design, permitting, and mitigation. He has a M.S. in Wildlands Resource Science from U.C. Berkeley. His primary research and academic background is in ornithology. He has worked with the wide variety of special-status species, including burrowing owl, California tiger salamander, various water birds, and a number of special-status mammals. Mr. Harris specializes in endangered species management and permitting, wetland planning, and native habitat restoration.
