Malcolm Sproul, Managing Principal of the Point Richmond office, has been with LSA since 1979. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Sproul specializes in environmental planning and natural resource management for both public and private clients. He is responsible for management of both in-house and multi-disciplinary project teams related to large and complex projects. He serves as Principal-in-Charge and manages preparation of natural resource management plans for public and private lands. He also acts as Principal-in-Charge for threatened and endangered species surveys and habitat assessments for listed species throughout California and for wetlands delineations conducted by LSA in northern California.
