Andrew Pulcheon, a cultural resources manager with more than 20 years of cultural resources management experience, has been with LSA since 2002 and has headed LSA’s northern California Cultural Resources Group since 2009. He specializes in cultural resource identification, effects assessment, and treatment to address the requirements of local, state, and federal statutes and regulations. Mr. Pulcheon has extensive experience conducting eligibility evaluations for the National Register of Historic Places, the California Register of Historical Resources, and local registers. One of his specialties is historic preservation planning, a discipline that is served well by his background in planning, impact assessment, mitigation development, and the preparation of agreement documents. As part of his preservation planning experience, Mr. Pulcheon has consulted with many northern and central California tribal organizations to ensure that their concerns are brought to the attention of regulatory agencies pursuant to state and federal requirements. Mr. Pulcheon is certified by the Register of Professional Archaeologists, the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals.
