Since LSA's founding in 1976, LSA has grown into a full-service consulting firm that continues to grow in terms of markets it serves and services it provides.

LSA has 9 California offices located in Berkeley, Carlsbad, Fresno, Irvine, Palm Springs, Point Richmond, Riverside, Rocklin, San Luis Obispo, and one office in Fort Collins, Colorado.

LSA has over 220 full-time employees capable of handling a broad range of project assignments, both large and small. LSA has served a variety of private industry and public agency clients, many of whom have been clients for more than 35 years. We are recognized as innovators in the field of environmental impact assessment and have developed a reputation among clients and professional peers as being thorough and objective.
