Adam Weinstein is LSA's contact for providing services in the Puget Sound area, particularly for projects requiring compliance with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Mr. Weinstein is a land use planner with a background in landscape architecture, urban and regional planning, and environmental journalism. His primary interests are infill and transit-oriented development, bicycle and pedestrian planning, and sustainable development. His experience encompasses a wide variety of public and private sector projects, ranging from comprehensive plans to the environmental review of large urban mixed-use developments and shoreline parks.
