Jill O'Connor, Managing Principal of the San Luis Obispo office, joined LSA in 1986. Ms. O’Connor manages projects requiring environmental impact analysis under the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and other regulatory processes. She oversees and contributes to the preparation of environmental documents including Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Addendums to EIRs, land use and transportation planning studies, and resource management plans. Ms. O'Connor has managed environmental documents for a variety of projects, including mixed use residential developments, major river floodplain improvements, airport master plans, transportation corridors, roadway improvements, commercial retail, hospital master plans, hotel and office developments, historical evaluations, regional trails and water district project tasks.
