Andrea Ouse, Principal, manages the South San Francisco office. As Principal, Ms. Ouse serves as contract City Planner for the Town of Colma as well as maintaining and expanding markets in municipal planning services and land use and permitting services to the mining industry. With 17 years of experience in city government and planning, Ms. Ouse has managed current and advanced planning projects and programs for cities in California and Arizona. She has a Master of Public Administration from Cal State East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is on the Board of the Northern Section, California Chapter, of the American Planning Association and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the Urban Land Institute, and the San Francisco Planning and Research Association. |
