Lynn Calvert-Hayes

Lynn Calvert-Hayes, AICP, Managing Principal of LSA’s Riverside office, has been with LSA since 1997  She holds a B.S. in Geology and has over 21 years of experience in land use plans, public agency cases, general and comprehensive environmental analysis (CEQA and NEPA), geology, soils and seismicity analysis, surface mining and reclamation plans, public agency case processing, preparation of environmental documents on transportation projects, residential and commercial specific plans, mixed-use developments, materials recovery facilities, surface mining permits, mitigation monitoring programs, and other specialized planning documents.  Ms. Calvert‑Hayes taught Geology for the Redlands Unified School District gifted student program and is a guest lecturer on the California Environmental Quality Act at the University of California, Riverside.  She is a member of the American Planning Association, Association of Environmental Professionals, and the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California.

Curt Duke
Curt Duke

Curt Duke, Archaeologist, has been with LSA since 1997. He manages the Cultural and Paleontological Resources Group in LSA’s Riverside office. Mr. Duke is well-versed in Section 106 of the NHPA, NEPA, and CEQA. He has worked extensively in all phases of cultural resources management in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Under his direction, LSA has conducted more than 3,000 cultural resource projects. Highlights of this work include successful consultation with the FHWA, Caltrans, BLM, USFS, ACHP, SHPO, and Indian Tribes. He manages many large and small projects with challenging resource and regulatory issues. Mr. Duke received his B.A. from UC, Santa Cruz and his M.A. from CSU, Fullerton. He is Registered Professional Archaeologist.
