David Clore
David Clore
David Clore, AICP, is the Managing Principal of the Berkeley office. He oversees large-scale environ­mental review and planning projects and directs marketing efforts in the areas of environment and land use. His objective approach to CEQA issues and problem-solving is backed by regular study of case law and legislation and training courses. As a Principal with LSA since 1997, Mr. Clore is widely regarded by clients, applicants, and attorneys as a strategist in the field of environmental review. Mr. Clore has periodically taught courses on planning and environmental topics. He is a member of the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, and Association of Environmental Professionals.  

Judith Malamute

Judith Malamut, AICP, is an environmental, city and regional planner with 20 years of experience. Her activities with LSA include project management for CEQA documents, resource management plans, policy planning, environmental analysis, and open space and recreation planning. Ms. Malamut’s management style is characterized by a high degree of efficiency and organization, an ability to effectively strategize on complex projects, and skillful communication with disparate stakeholders. She is a member of the American Planning Association, Association of Environmental Professionals, and serves on the San Francisco Bay Trail Board of Directors. Ms. Malamut has been with LSA since 1997.
